I am available to help you through the concerns that are keeping your from being your best!  I have over 14 years of professional experience in helping people move towards and achieve their lifestyle goals.  I have expertise in working with adolescents to achieve personal growth, overcome depression, anger management, educational guidance and positive mindset.  When working with adult clients, services include, but not limited to: grief/depression, family relationships and career issues.  Services are delivered with a results oriented, client centered approach in a safe, private and trusting environment.
